The platform 'teknow' allows users to design and manufacture their own building components via a browser-based CAD tool, perfect for DIY projects such as model building or larger construction endeavors in the garden or home. The platform also includes an integrated forum where users can exchange ideas on products and projects and share CAD materials.

Branding

The branding was designed to emphasize teknow’s technical expertise while maintaining clarity and accessibility. Every visual element — from the structured typography to the precise color palette and custom icons — reinforces a high-tech, professional aesthetic. Clean lines, geometric shapes, and fine illustrations ensure that the platform feels both innovative and functional, aligning with its advanced CAD capabilities. The logo was provided by the client.

Website

The web design continues the technical and structured approach established in the branding, with a clean layout, clear visual hierarchy, and intuitive navigation. A minimalistic color scheme and precise UI elements enhance usability, creating a seamless experience for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. This project focused solely on branding and user interface design. Project management and web development were handled by ehlers//kohfeld.
